1. The Foundation (Cart & Service)

2. Choose Your Floral Style

Add your choice of floral service to the foundation above. We prioritize locally grown, seasonal flowers whenever possible and thoughtfully supplement with premium wholesale blooms when nature is resting.

Option A: The Flower Bar (DIY)

Perfect for an interactive cocktail hour where guests get creative.

  • Petite Bar ($500): 120 curated stems.

  • Grand Bar ($800): 240 curated stems.

  • Includes: Choice of color palette, greenery, and hand-tied wrapping supplies.

Option B: The "Grab & Go" (Pre-Made)

Perfect for a seamless exit or when you want professional-grade bouquets ready for guests.

  • The Boutique (15 Bouquets): $800

  • The Celebration (30 Bouquets): $1,300

  • Includes: Premium seasonal blooms, designer wrapping, and ribbon finish.

Option B: The Full Experience: $800

Everything in the Rental, plus a Professional Floral Designer on-site to assist guests and maintain the cart aesthetic.

  • A few simple notes so everything runs smoothly

    Saving Your Date
    Your event date is officially reserved once we receive a deposit. Because we turn away other bookings for that date, deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due before your event (you’ll see all dates clearly listed on your invoice).

    If Plans Change
    We understand that plans can shift. If you need to cancel before final payment is due, we may be able to refund part of what you’ve paid beyond the deposit. Once final payment is made, we’re unable to offer refunds.

    About the Flowers
    We use fresh, locally grown, seasonal blooms whenever possible. Flower varieties may change slightly depending on availability, but we’ll always keep the overall look, feel, and quality true to your chosen style.

    Setup & Venue Notes
    Please make sure your venue allows our flower cart and provides enough space for us to set up and remove it smoothly. We’ll arrive ready to make everything beautiful, but access and timing are up to the venue.

    Outdoor Events
    If your event is outdoors, we ask that you provide shade or weather coverage to protect the flowers and cart. Fresh flowers are happiest out of direct sun and rain!

    During Your Event
    Once the cart is set up, we’re not responsible for damage caused by guests or venue staff. Flowers are meant to be enjoyed, but the cart itself should remain in place.

    Photos We Love to Share
    We may take photos of the cart and florals for our website and social media. If you’d prefer we don’t share images from your event, just let us know.

    Unpredictable Things Happen
    In rare cases where events beyond our control occur (extreme weather, emergencies, or restrictions), we’ll communicate promptly and do our best to find a fair solution.

    By booking with us, you’re agreeing to these terms — and we’re excited to be part of your celebration!

  • Availability depends on our event calendar. To check a specific date, please submit an inquiry with your event date, location, and estimated guest count. We will respond promptly to confirm availability and next steps. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured once a 50% non-refundable retainer is received.

  • Our flowers are seasonal blooms, many of which are locally grown and farm sourced when available. Our flower selections change throughout the year to highlight what is naturally at its peak for beauty, quality, and longevity during the time of your special event.

    Each flower cart is uniquely designed with a balanced mix of focal flowers, fillers, and foliage, ensuring guests can create beautiful, hand-tied bouquets. While specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed, we always design within your chosen color palette and overall aesthetic.

    Seasonal selections may include favorites such as ranunculus and tulips in the spring, sunflowers and dahlias in the summer, chrysanthemum in the fall, and textured greens and specialty blooms in the winter.

  • Our flower cart is designed as an interactive experience, when guests can create their own hand tied bouquet from our seasonal blooms. If preferred, pre-made bouquets can be arranged in advance upon request.

  • We do our best to match your theme and colors with locally grown and sustainable flowers.  Clients may request specialty or custom flowers for an additional fee. Pricing varies based on availability and market conditions. Fleur Cottage will make every reasonable effort to source requested flowers, however specific varieties cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. If speciality flowers or out of season flowers are an option for you, you will be quoted the sourcing fee prior to ordering.  Once specialty flowers are ordered, all related fees are non-refundable. All speciality flower selections and associated fees must be approved in writing and paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

  • For best availability it helps to book 3 months in advance, if you have a popular date in mind you may need to book sooner. You can book within two weeks of the event if your time slot is available.

  • Fleur Cottage features fresh seasonal blooms that are pesticide free and harvested 24-48 hours prior to your event. Our flowers are harvested within this time frame to ensure maximal freshness, vibrancy, and longevity. We carefully time the harvest so that blooms arrive perfectly prepared for arranging on the flower cart, providing your guests with the most beautiful , fragrant experience.

  • Delivery and setup are included in the price. Mileage is applied after the first 20 miles from Jonesborough location. Travel fees are $1.50 round trip per mile after the first 20 miles. The mileage will be added in the proposal provided.

  • Yes, Fleur Cottage provides everything needed for the flower cart experience including the flower cart with umbrella, buckets and water, fresh flowers, clippers and tools, kraft paper and ribbons, signage, trash containers. You simply book the time and location and we handle the rest.

  • No, the flower cart is self-contained and does not require power to operate. The fresh water will be provided however on super warm days climate support may be needed.

  • We arrive 60-90 minutes before guests arrive to set-up, and require 45-60 minutes for the breakdown process.

  • The flower cart is available for 2 hours at your event. You can add additional time for an extra $100 per hour, this helps to cover staffing, bouquet restocking and maintenance for flower freshness, and cart rental.
